Tender Description
The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project invites quotations for the procurement of SD WAN for field offices. This procurement is financed by the World Bank and aims to enhance the connectivity and network infrastructure of PLRA field offices across Punjab.
Items being procured:
- SD WAN for field offices
The quotations are invited from well reputed registered firms or companies having NTN and GST registration for the supply of the above-mentioned items. The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as per the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers November-2020. Interested bidders must submit complete quotations along with all required documents as requested in the RFQ. The quotations must reach the office by September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained and will be returned unopened.
The RFQ document can be obtained free of cost from the office during working hours or downloaded from the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project's website at https://pulse.gop.pk/free. Firms and companies are requested to provide their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. Quotations shall remain valid as specified in the RFQ document.
Eligibility criteria include NTN and GST registration and compliance with the procurement regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully review the RFQ document for detailed technical specifications and submission requirements.
For submission, quotations must be delivered to the Procurement Specialist at Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement, Punjab Land Records Authority, 158A Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including valid NTN and GST certificates are attached and quotations are submitted well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to late submission.
