Procurement of IT Equipment on Framework Contract Basis for Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma Karachi

The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma (SMBBIT) Karachi invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. All items must comply with specifications and be CE Certified, FDA Approved, or DRAP Registered where applicable. Bidders must be registered with EPADS SPPRA and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Experience of at least three years with documentary proof is required. Tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable must be submitted via pay order. Bid security of 5% of total bid price is mandatory. Delivery must be completed within one month of supply order. Liquidated damages apply for delays. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS SPPRA portal before the deadline. Samples of all quoted items must be submitted in commercial packaging at least two days prior to submission. The procurement committee reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities without changing unit prices. The contract period is one year or until the next tender is finalized.
