Procurement of SMD Screen and Related Equipment for Auditorium at PEF Head Office

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the procurement of advanced electronic and electrical equipment for the newly constructed auditorium at the PEF Head Office. This procurement is part of the FY 2025-2026 development plan and aims to enhance the facility with modern display and power backup systems. Items being procured: - Indoor SMD Screen P2.5 Full-color LED Display (240 Sq. Ft) 20x12 Feet with controller (Qty: 01) - Supply & Installation of 20KVA UPS with Back-up of 10 minutes on 80% load (Qty: 01) - Power Distribution Units (PDUs) (Qty: 02) - Broadcast Standard Data Rack 42U (Qty: 01) - 55' UHD Smart LED TV (Qty: 01) - Allied Cables and Accessories (1 Job) The technical scope includes supply and installation of a high-resolution SMD LED screen suitable for auditorium use, a robust UPS system ensuring uninterrupted power supply, power distribution units for efficient electrical management, a professional-grade data rack, and a UHD smart TV. Allied cables and accessories will support the complete setup. The site is the PEF Head Office auditorium located at 52-L, Gulberg III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore. Bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities, possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Experience in similar electrical and IT equipment supply and installation projects is essential. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security amounting to Rs. 400,000 must be submitted as CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. The original bid security must be delivered to the PEF office by 11:00 AM on July 21, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Online bid submission is required through the E-PADS system, with scanned copies of bid security uploaded accordingly. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents strictly follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure and upload all required documents on E-PADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
