Construction and Installation of Solar Based Irrigation Tubewells in District Peshawar and Nowshera

The Irrigation Division Peshawar under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring construction and installation services for 200 solar based irrigation tubewells across various union councils in District Peshawar and District Nowshera for the fiscal year 2025-26. This project involves drilling and civil works for solar irrigation tubewells at multiple sites including Maryamzai, Badaber, Aza Khel, Kharkhori, Mattani, Adezai, and several villages in Nowshera such as Gandheri, Kheshki, Bahram Kalai, Dheri Katti Khel, Nizampor, Pabbi, Akora Khattak, and others. The technical scope covers the complete construction of solar powered irrigation tubewells, including drilling and associated civil works. The estimated costs for individual sites range from approximately PKR 5.41 million to PKR 7.34 million. Contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and possess relevant PEC codes CE-04, CE-09, and CE-10. The procurement follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using an electronic bidding system. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-04-22 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Tubewell Irrigation Division Peshawar. The last date for bid submission is 2026-04-30 by 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day. Bidders must submit 2% earnest money in the form of call deposit receipt (CDR) along with their bids. Bank cheques or pay orders are not acceptable. The bid security of the lowest responsive bidders will be retained until approval.
