Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division D.I. Khan invites technical and financial proposals from prequalified firms of PHE Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of various solar based pumping machineries. This tender is specifically for projects in Dera Ismail Khan city under the accelerated sustainable development initiatives.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation Scheme Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives ADP No. 251258 (2025-26) for District D.I. Khan (Solar Based Pressure Pump) - 01 Scheme
- Installation of small scale Bore at PHED Office D.I. Khan - 01 Scheme
The scope includes construction and installation works related to solar powered water pumping systems aimed at improving drinking water supply and sanitation. The projects are part of the ADP 2025-26 and require technical expertise in solar machinery and water supply infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be prequalified firms with valid PEC registration, active FBR and KPPRA tax certificates, and must submit a bid security as per KPPRA rules. Financial proposals should include photocopies of CNIC, PEC registration certificate, renewal receipt, enlistment certificate, and active taxpayer certificates.
The last date for submission of tenders is 22nd October 2026 up to 12:00 Noon. Bids must be submitted through courier to the undersigned office before the closing time. Financial bids will be opened one hour after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tender fee of 0.03% on bid cost in shape of CDR is required separately. Call deposits will be retained until approval of tenders by the approving authority. All terms and conditions will follow KPPRA rules, PEC, and relevant laws.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial proposal is complete with all required certificates and bid security to avoid rejection. Timely submission via courier is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
