Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Net Metering of 450 KW On-Grid Solar System at DA Club Karachi

The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi, is procuring the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and net metering of a 450 KW on-grid solar system at the DA Club Karachi. This project requires reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts and approved by the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB). The scope includes the complete solar system setup with net metering facilities, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability for the DA Club premises. Bidders must submit sealed bids in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals. The technical bid opening is scheduled for 15 July 2026 at 11:00 hours. Financial bids will be opened later, with dates to be intimated. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director Procurement, DHA Head Office Karachi, from 1 to 2 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of PKR 5,000 via pay order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Eligible bidders should have AEDB approval, valid FBR registration, and relevant experience in solar system projects. The technical proposal must be comprehensive and comply with all specifications. The submission deadline is strictly before 10:00 hours on 15 July 2026, with bids delivered to the undersigned office.
