Supply and Installation of Home Solar System for Off Grid Areas at Tehsil Karbala Tehsil Huramzai Saranan Pishin

The Local Govt & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage-based electronic bids for the supply and installation of home solar systems for off grid areas at Tehsil Karbala, Tehsil Huramzai, and Saranan in Pishin. This procurement is being conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, and all interested firms, suppliers, and contractors must have valid registration with PEC, Income Tax, and BRA for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost for this project is bold 99,000,000 PKR. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and should not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above (Up to 200 million in relevant specialization) is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least two similar projects in the last five years, each project with at least 80% similar work and at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, procurement, rehabilitation, and subcontracts are not accepted. Earnest Money in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
