The projects require specialized knowledge in solar energy systems, water supply infrastructure, and sewerage construction. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with specialized codes EE11(i) to EE11(v) for solar and CE09(p) for sewerage works. Active Tax Payer List (ATL) registration and Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are mandatory. Experience of completing at least three similar assignments with 70% turnover of Bill of Quantities cost in the last three years is required. The tender fee of 1500 PKR must be submitted via green challan under Account C-3870. Earnest money of 4% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
