Solar Based Water Supply Schemes under Peshawar Revitalization Plan

The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring multiple solar-based water supply schemes under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. This procurement covers the installation and solarization of new and non-functional water supply schemes across various localities in Peshawar, including areas such as Ahrat Koroona, Gidar Kalli, Garhi Sherdad Myani, and many others. The technical scope involves the supply and installation of solar power systems for water supply schemes, including solar panels, pressure pumps, and related infrastructure to ensure sustainable and efficient water delivery. The projects are divided into two sub-heads: new water supply schemes and rehabilitation/functionalization of non-functional schemes. The scale is extensive, covering over 50 water supply schemes in the Peshawar region. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and have active status. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bidders should comply with KP-PPRA notifications and have relevant experience in solar water supply projects. Submission requires a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) as earnest money. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through EPADS before the deadline. The last date for bid submission is the 13th of May, 2026, by 12:00 hours, with technical bids opening at 12:30 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, readable, and free from overwriting or disfiguring to avoid being declared non-responsive.
