Solarization of Military College Sui and Sui Women University under PSDP

The Energy Department of Balochistan invites eligible bidders for the solarization works of Military College Sui and Sui Women University under PSDP for the year 2026. The projects are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage basis with a bid security of 2%. Items being procured: - Solarization of Military College Sui under PSDP No. 1853 with estimated cost Rs. 100,000,000 and turnover Rs. 70,000,000 - Solarization of Sui Women University under PSDP No. 1844 with estimated cost Rs. 82,900,000 and turnover Rs. 58,030,000 The scope includes installation of Solar Hybrid System with net metering facilities, having a minimum capacity of 385 KW for scheme No.1 and 315 KW for scheme No.2 in any government sector within the last 3 years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category and specialized codes EE11(j) (Solar), EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), EE11(iii) (Solar Energy System), EE11(vi) (Solar Installation) and EE04 (Low voltage installation) is mandatory. Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). The bid security of 2% must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on the EPPS system by the last date of submission. The last date for e-bid submission is 27th October 2026 up to 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 12:00 PM.
