Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department at Tehsil Headquarter Kohat is procuring solarization works for various mosques and madrassas located in NA-35 Kohat. This project is part of the Kohat Area Development Project for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes installation of solar power street lights and solar systems in religious institutions, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability in the region.
Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above, with relevant solar specialization codes such as EE11 for solar installation and EE11 (vv) for solar power street lights. Valid registration with the Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and centralized enlistment with the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. Additionally, bidders must have active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for income and sales tax purposes.
