Solarization of PWWF Head Office and Workers Welfare Schools in Punjab

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Lahore invites tenders for the solarization of its Head Office and Workers Welfare Schools in Punjab under PPA Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from firms/contractors registered on e-PADS 2.0 having valid PEC License in category C-4 or above with mandatory specialization codes EE04, EE-06 and EE11 (Solar), active filer NTN, and registration with PRA, FBR (STRN), SECP and PPIB (Category C). The procurement covers two packages: Items being procured: - Package-A: Solarization of W.W Schools and Head Office in North Punjab (ON-GRID), 27 systems, estimated cost Rs. 111.527 Million, Bid Security 5.376% PKR, duration 6 months - Package-B: Solarization of W.W Schools in South Punjab (ON-GRID), 30 systems, estimated cost Rs. 101.103 Million, Bid Security 5.056% PKR The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ON-GRID solar PV systems at one Headquarter and forty-nine (49) schools/sites of PWWF with an accumulative total capacity of approximately 1.02 MW. The work involves civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and allied works, and execution of works deployed of all necessary materials, labor(s), mounting structures, tools, and machinery as per specifications. The bid must be submitted on or before 06.11.2026 (Friday) at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day on e-PADS 2.0 portal. Bidders must submit all required documents including firm/contractor profile, ownership proof, partnership deed, registration certificates, audit reports, tax statements, affidavit, and list of litigation/cases if any. Eligibility requires PEC category C-4 or above with specialization codes, valid PRA and FBR registration, and experience with private power & infrastructure boards. Earnest money must be submitted as per e-PADS rules. The tender documents are available at PPRA and PWWF websites. Bidders must register on e-PADS and submit bids online. No tender will be accepted without e-PADS submission. Conditional tenders will be rejected.
