Solarization of Tube Well, Installation of Community Clear Water Filtration Plants, and Tuff Tiles Work in Quetta

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Quetta is procuring multiple civil and water supply works for the fiscal year 2026. The projects include solarization of a tube well in Killi Almo, installation of community clear water filtration plants in high density areas of NA 264, and laying of tuff tiles in Killi Kabeer and Purana Killi Ismail Huda streets. These works are based on composite schedule rates 2018 on percentage rates and are aimed at improving water supply infrastructure and urban development in Quetta. The technical scope covers solar power installation for tube wells, water filtration plant setup, and civil works involving tuff tile pavement. Contractors must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline as specified in the bidding documents. Fresh registration with tax authorities including NTN, Sales Tax Department, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory. Experience in similar assignments of comparable complexity is required to ensure quality and timely completion. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money in the form of 2% bid security and a tender fee of PKR 1000 are required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 09:30 AM for the tube well solarization and by 10:00 AM for the other two works on 1st June 2026. The technical bids will be opened the same day. Bids are valid for ninety days. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from www.bppra.gob.pk or from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Quetta upon payment of the prescribed fee.
