Solarization of Water Supply Schemes under Peshawar Revitalization Plan

The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring solarization works for multiple water supply schemes under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. This procurement covers the installation and rehabilitation of solar-based water supply schemes including new solarization projects and functionalization of non-operational schemes across various localities such as Tambal Bagh, Dherai Kalay, Board Tajabad Street, Imam Bargah Wadpaga, Landi Daudzai, Shagai Bala, and others within Peshawar city. The technical scope involves the supply and installation of solar power systems for water supply schemes, including solar panels, pressure pumps, and associated electrical works to ensure sustainable and efficient water delivery. The projects aim to enhance water accessibility through renewable energy, reducing reliance on conventional power sources. Bidders must be capable of handling solar equipment installation and water supply infrastructure rehabilitation. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for electrical and civil works, be registered with FBR and KPRA with active status, and demonstrate prior experience in similar solarization or water supply projects. Joint ventures are not allowed. Earnest Money in the form of call deposit receipt must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 22nd June 2026 before 1100 hours, with technical bids opened at 1130 hours the same day. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
