Tender Description
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites bids from eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) for the project titled '10BTTP Phase-I Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Revised) (Wildlife Component)'. The procurement is for the solarization of the Wildlife Facilities Site located at Jharikas Wildlife Checkpost Jharikas Haripur.

The scope includes installation of solar power systems at the specified wildlife facilities site to enhance sustainable energy use. The project will be executed as per work order with a bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal and also submit a hard copy in a sealed envelope to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Wildlife, Haripur Wildlife Division at Darwaish Chowk Haripur before the closing date.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and KPPRA, submission of a photocopy of National Identity Card, affidavit of non-involvement in any court case with the department, and bids must be signed by an authorized person with official stamp. The bid security of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lowest bidders will be retained until approval of tenders. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government directives. The rates offered will remain valid until 30-06-2027. The procuring entity will conduct thorough inspection and quality tests before final payment. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any bid prior to approval as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
The last date for submission of electronic bids is 12-09-2026 at 1200 hours, with electronic bid opening on 21-09-2026 at 1230 hours. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all documents are complete and consistent between electronic and hard copies to avoid disqualification.
