Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in South Waziristan

The Communication & Works Department, C&W Division, South Waziristan Upper invites electronic tenders through the EPADS system from eligible firms and contractors enlisted with the department and the Pakistan Engineering Council, holding valid renewals for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 with relevant specialization codes. The period of completion is as per the work order. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to **2% of the Engineer's Cost/Estimate** in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or other permitted instrument in favour of the Executive Engineer C&W Division South Waziristan Upper. A tender form fee of **0.03% of Engineer's Estimate/Cost** applies, while the bidding entry fee of **Rs. 0.03% on Tender Cost** is payable online with the earnest money and is non-refundable. Contractors quoting more than 10% below and up to 20% below the Engineer's Estimate must provide **8% additional security**. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable and satisfy PEC specialization and tax requirements, including active ATL status.
