Special Maintenance Work for Repair and Maintenance of Flyover at KM 128 Thattha Bhattian Crossing on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2

The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region, Central Zone, Lahore, is procuring special maintenance work for the repair and maintenance of the flyover located at KM 128 (Thattha Bhattian Crossing) on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2). This project involves detailed civil maintenance tasks to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the flyover. The scope includes all necessary repair works as per the engineer’s estimate of PKR 3,898,700. Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above (CE-01 & CE-10) for the year 2026, and who are active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List (ATL), are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bids must be submitted by July 16, 2026, no later than 11:00 AM, at the address of the General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab-North, NHA, Shahpur Interchange, Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR amounting to 2% of the engineer’s estimate is required as bid security. It is strongly advised that bidders ensure their EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as manual hard copy bids will be phased out in upcoming procurements.
