Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab West Region - Mianwali invites e-Bids for a special maintenance work on National Highway N-130 covering the section from KM 28+00 to KM 29+00. This project involves specialized maintenance work requiring PEC registration in Category C-4 or above with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10.
Items being procured:
- Special maintenance work on N-130 from KM 28+00 to KM 29+00
The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to carry out the maintenance work as per NHA standards. The site is located near Bhattian Wala, opposite Value CNG Station on Sargodha Road, Mianwali. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 16,566,075 with a required bid security of 2% of the estimated cost.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid PEC registration in the specified category and specialization. Bidders are encouraged to register on the e-procurement system (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual bids will be phased out.
The bidding documents are available for free download on the NHA e-bidding website www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. Technical bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
