Special Maintenance Works on Motorway M-14 (Hakla – D.I. Khan)

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites e-Bids from qualified constructors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with specialization in CE-01 and CE-10. The procurement is for special maintenance works on Motorway M-14 (Hakla – D.I. Khan) in Burhan, Punjab. Items being procured: - 01x Pedestrian Bridge at chainage 237+000 with an estimated cost of Rs. 39,052,300/- - 02x Security Check Posts (NBC & SBC) at chainage 138+300 with an estimated cost of Rs. 46,285,075/- The works involve construction and maintenance activities at specified locations on Motorway M-14. The bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions and the method of procurement (Single Stage Two Envelopes), will be available for free download on the NHA website from October 22, 2026. The procurement will be conducted through NHA's e-Bidding System. Technical e-Bids must be submitted electronically and received by the specified address on or before November 03, 2026, at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids (hard copies) will be phased out, so bidders are advised to register immediately on the e-procurement portal www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration, FBR ATL status, and prepare earnest money or bid security as required.
