Special Package for Construction, Re-Construction, Rehabilitation & Improvement of Masajid, Madaris & Darul Ulooms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Including Merged Districts

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system for a special package involving construction, re-construction, rehabilitation, and improvement of Masajid, Madaris, and Darul Ulooms across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction, Renovation & Improvement of Junaidia Ghaforia, Astana Alia Qadaria, Manki Sharif (PEC Category C-5 & Above, Estimated Cost Rs. 40.00 Million) - Construction, Renovation & Improvement of Masjid Khayal Bacha Village Shahab Khel, Ziarat Kaka Sahib District Nowshera (PEC Category C-6 & Above, Estimated Cost Rs. 4.00 Million) The works include civil construction and renovation at specified religious sites in Nowshera. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the required categories and hold valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money and bid security as specified must accompany bids. The bid security includes 2% of the engineer's estimate with additional security for bids below the estimate as detailed in the terms. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system and KPPRA website, with a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 4,300 payable for hard copies. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD system by 12 October 2026 at 12:00 AM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 12:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Building Division Nowshera. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
