Tender Description
Punjab Highways Department invites bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the special repair of Chanty Karariwala Road to Sultanabad Road, with a total length of 1200 Rft in District Sargodha. This procurement is being conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System, and all interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and possess a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27.

- Special repair for Chanty Karariwala Road to Sultanabad Road, length 1200 Rft in District Sargodha (TS No. S.D Highways Sargodha, Dated 11.08.2026)
The technical scope includes rigid pavement laid by using concrete batching plant and concrete paving machine, with all surfacing and repair work to be executed by mechanized systems. No price variation will be admissible for this special repair scheme, and recovery against the solid material will be adjusted accordingly. Bidders are required to quote item rates against each item as well as the total amount in their financial proposal. The estimated DNIT cost for this project is Rs. 10.809 million, and a 5% bid security of Rs. 0.541 million must be submitted digitally through the Punjab PPRA website. Performance security/guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory for all successful bidders and must be submitted within 15 days of the offer letter.
Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC in the relevant category, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of all required documents such as CDR, PEC license, and bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab PPRA portal before the deadline of 16-09-2026 at 13:00 hours. The opening of bids will take place at the office of the Commissioner Sargodha Division Sargodha on the same day at 13:00 hours. For best results, ensure all digital submissions are completed well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
