Special Repair of 02 Nos. Hostels (A+B) at Rachna College of Engineering & Technology Gujranwala

The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Building and Works Department invites contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PRA for the financial year 2025-26 to participate in a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement is for the special repair works of two hostels (A and B) located at Rachna College of Engineering & Technology, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Special repair of 02 Nos. Hostels (A+B) at Rachna College of Engineering & Technology Gujranwala The scope involves detailed repair and maintenance works on the hostel buildings, ensuring structural integrity and habitability. The project duration is two months, and contractors must be registered under PEC category C-6 or above. Firms must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and have valid PRA registration for the year 2025-26. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened on the same day of submission in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. The tender submission deadline is 18-08-2026 by 11:00 AM at the office of the Project Director, Building & Works Department, UET Lahore. Bidders should ensure no amendments or cutting in the bid quoted through the electronic system. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per government policy.
