Special Repair and Maintenance Works in IESCO Region Including Urban and Rural Sub Divisions, Office Renovations, and Banglow Repairs

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2025-26. The procurement is for execution of smaller special repair works across various IESCO regions including urban and rural sub divisions, office renovations, and maintenance of bungalows and other facilities. The tender is a single stage, single envelope, three bidding procedure under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis in accordance with PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Revamping of Operation Urban Sub Division Talagang at IESCO Complex Talagang - Revamping of Operation Sub Division Jatli at IESCO 132KV Grid Station Jatli - Revamping of Xen Operation Division Talagang at IESCO Complex Talagang - Revamping of Operation Rural Sub Division Talagang at IESCO Complex Talagang - Revamping of Operation Sub Division Doultala at IESCO 132KV Grid Station Jatli - Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No.B-3 at IESCO 132KV Grid Station H-8 Islamabad - Construction of Civil Line Compliant Office at IESCO Complex Marir at Hassan Rawalpindi - Revamping O/O Revenue Officer under Operation Division Westridge Rawalpindi - Special Repair / Maintenance of Office Building Westridge Division Rawalpindi - Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No.C-3 at IESCO Residential Colony H-8 Islamabad - Revamping of Office SDO Dina-1 at IESCO Complex Dina - Revamping of Office Xen SS&TL Division at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Revamping of Office SDO Civil Line & SDO Urban at 132 KV Grid Station Jhelum - Repair of Banglow No.4-Fat IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad - Revamping of Office of R.A Bazar under Operation Division Tariqabad Rawalpindi - Repair and Renovation of Office SDO G-7 Sub Division at G-8/1 Islamabad The scope covers civil works including repairs, renovations, and maintenance of offices, residential bungalows, and operational divisions at multiple locations within the IESCO region. The works require compliance with technical specifications and standards suitable for electrical supply company infrastructure. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC for the year 2025-26 with at least Category C-6 having specialization code CE-10. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, provide a fresh bank balance certificate up to 30 days old for 50% of the estimated cost, and have completed similar works for government or semi-government organizations. Performance certificates and completion certificates must be uploaded on E-PADS. Earnest money deposit of 4% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is 20th August 2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS portal.
