Special Repair and Renovation Works at Gujrat and Gujranwala Railway Stations

Pakistan Railways Lahore Division invites bids from valid PEC registered contracting firms with financial category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 for Civil Engineering Works and EE-04 for Electrical Works. The procurement is for special repair and renovation works at railway stations in Punjab, specifically at Gujrat and Gujranwala stations on the Lahore-Lalamusa section. Items being procured: - Special Repair to Floor of Waiting Room, Railway Lodge & TCR Office and Renovation of Booking Office & Bathrooms at Gujrat Station including construction of 2x42'-9' RCC Under Pass at KM 1240/8-10 between Kala Shah Kaku-Muridke stations (Civil Cost Rs 66,22,154 and Electric Cost Rs 24,43,829; Total Rs 90,65,983) - Special Repair/Renovation of Waiting Rooms & Public Toilets at Station Building & Waiting Hall of Railway Station at Gujranwala on Lahore-Lalamusa section including construction of 2x42'-9' RCC Under Pass at KM 1240/8-10 between Kala Shah Kaku-Muridke stations (Civil Cost Rs 61,06,118 and Electric Cost Rs 14,57,580; Total Rs 75,63,698) The works involve civil and electrical repairs and renovations at key railway facilities, including waiting rooms, offices, bathrooms, and construction of underpasses. Bidders must have valid PEC registration with the specified financial and specialization codes and be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) accompanied by scanned Bid Security in the form of CDR issued from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Lahore.
