Tender Description
The Punjab Highways Department invites bids for the special repair and restoration of a breached section of Buchokey par to Sheikh da Tool road, covering a length of 500 feet in District Nankana Sahib. This tender is specifically issued by the Executive Engineer Highways Division Nankana Sahib and supervised by the Superintending Engineer Highways Circle Lahore.

The technical scope involves civil repair works on a critical road section, requiring experienced contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the Financial Year 2026-27. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit earnest money in the form of a CDR equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Performance security of 10% of the contract amount is mandatory within 15 days of award. No price variation or cost overrun will be allowed as per PPRA rules.
Bidders must quote item rates against each item and the total amount in their financial proposals. The bid submission and opening will be conducted through the PPRA e-tendering system. The tender opening is scheduled for 10-08-2026 at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Commissioner Lahore Division.
