Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Lahore invites bids for special repair works at multiple railway blocks and replacement of RCC slab at Victoria Public Foot Over Bridge in Lahore. The procurement is managed by the Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore, focusing on civil repair and maintenance at Block No. 311, 207, 481, 314, 07, 574, 525, 526 & 527 at Signal Shop Colony, Block No. 349, 346, 347, 345, 350, 359, 358, 351 & 605 at Faiz Bagh Colony, Block No. 575, 576 & 577 at Sheran Wala Railway Colony, and Block No. 293, 486-A, 181, 299 & 486-B at Railway Road Market Quarters Colony. Additionally, the replacement of damaged RCC slab of Victoria Public Foot Over Bridge at K.C. end Lahore Station is included.
The technical scope involves civil repair works including structural maintenance and electrical portion repairs at specified blocks. The estimated cost is **PKR 147.928 Million** with completion periods ranging from 2 to 4 months depending on the item. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories C-4, C-5, or C-6 with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, and EE-4 as applicable. Firms must also be active taxpayers with NTN and FBR registration.
