Tender Description
The Pakistan Tobacco Board (PTB) invites electronic bids through PPRA e-PADS from eligible and qualified firms for the supply of Stationary, Computer Accessories, Electrical, Cleaning and Miscellaneous items under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA Rules, Regulations and procedures, as amended from time to time.

- Computer Accessories
- Electrical items
- Cleaning items
- Miscellaneous items
The bidding firm must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and other concerned authorities, as applicable. The bidder shall also fulfill all other eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the bidding documents.
Bid Security must accompany the bid equivalent to 5% of the total bid value in favor of the Chairman, Pakistan Tobacco Board as described in the bidding documents.
Complete and detailed technical specifications, Terms of Reference (TORs), instructions to bidders, terms and conditions, eligibility and qualification criteria, evaluation criteria, and other relevant bidding documents are available on PPRA e-PADS and the official websites of PPRA and Pakistan Tobacco Board.
The last date and time for submission of e-Bids is 25-09-2026 at 02:10 PM, and opening of technical proposals will be on the same day at 02:40 PM. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through PPRA e-PADS in accordance with the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Only the technical proposals shall initially be opened; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders shall be opened subsequently in accordance with the bidding documents and PPRA Rules. Bids received after the prescribed deadline shall not be considered. Pakistan Tobacco Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the PPRA e-PADS submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
