Tender Description

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of essential goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes the supply of Tablets and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) components to support PESCO's operational efficiency in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Procurement of Tablets - Procurement of Single-Phase AMR Energy Meters - Procurement of Whole Current 3-Phase AMR Energy Meters The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original Bid Security along with a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, on or before the bid closing time. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, quantities, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submission of bids is not allowed; all bids must be submitted electronically on or before Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 platform are encouraged to register promptly. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
