Tender Description
The Directorate General Pest Warning & Quality Control of Pesticides Punjab Lahore invites bids for the purchase of IT equipment under the ADP Project titled Mobile Pest Surveillance Squads and Transformation in Anti-adulteration of Pesticide System for Sustainable Agriculture. This procurement is aimed at supporting sustainable agriculture through enhanced pest surveillance and pesticide quality control in Lahore.

- Laptop (Qty: 12)
- Printers (Qty: 12)
The technical scope includes supply of laptops and printers suitable for field and office use in pest surveillance and pesticide quality control activities. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards as per bidding documents. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS) approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically using the PDF Upload method. Bid security must be submitted electronically at 2% of the estimated cost via PEPS only; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk without payment of tender fee. Complete bids must be submitted electronically by 28-09-2026 up to 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Pest Warning & Quality Control of Pesticides, Punjab at 21 Davis Road Lahore in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters.
