Procurement of Stationery, Printing, General Store Items, Repair and Maintenance for District Health Authority Faisalabad

District Health Authority Faisalabad invites well reputed firms registered on Punjab e-Procurement to submit bids for the procurement of stationery, printing, general store items, repair and maintenance for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Stationery - Printing - General store items - Repair and maintenance etc. The contract will be awarded under a framework contract basis. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System and also provide a hard copy of the bidding documents in a sealed envelope to the District Health Officer (Preventive Services) Faisalabad office. The bids will be opened on 01.09.2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money in the form of Bid Security @ 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the tender in the manner prescribed by the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions including submission of signed bidding documents, and must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List.
