Tender Description
The University of Narowal is procuring stationery items and printing papers to support its administrative and academic functions in Narowal, Punjab. This procurement includes general stationery and various types of printing papers essential for daily operations and documentation within the university.
The technical scope covers supply of general stationery items and printing papers as per the university’s requirements. Bidders must be registered firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal.
Eligible bidders should have valid registration with FBR and relevant tax departments, and must submit a 2% bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. An original affidavit on Rs. 300 stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or the University is mandatory. The bids will be opened on 21st July 2026 at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The submission deadline is strictly 21st July 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and complete before submission. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. The university does not accept manual bids; all submissions must be online via E-PADS.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the bid security and affidavit documents as per instructions and submit originals to the university before the closing date to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to mitigate any technical issues with the E-PADS portal.
