Providing Fixing Repair Maintenance Improvement of Street Light LED Bulb 40 Watt System at Union Committee 9 Manghopir Karachi West

The Town Municipal Corporation Manghopir (West) Karachi invites experienced firms to participate in the procurement for providing, fixing, repair, maintenance, and improvement of Street Light LED Bulb 40 Watt System at Union Committee #9 surrounding areas of TMC Manghopir Karachi West. This tender is issued under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2013) and requires firms to have adequate experience in electrical works. Items being procured: - P/L of Main & Sub Main PVC insulated and PVC Sheeted with single core copper conductor 300/500 volts size 3/.029, quantity 3910 meters - Providing & Fixing of Moon Light with LED Bulb 40W, Top Cover jali and Holder, quantity 354 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of 10-Amps switch On/Off system with Board, quantity 354 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of IPC (Connector) Best Quality for connection of existing light from main supply, quantity 700 Nos. - Providing & Fixing of PVC Tape for connection best quality, quantity 50 Nos. The technical scope includes installation and repair of electrical street lighting systems with high-quality materials as per site requirements and instructions of the Engineering In-charge. The work is to be completed within 45 days from the written order to commence. The contract includes a 5% bid security and a 5% performance guarantee. Retention money of 5% will be deducted from running bills, and 8% income tax will be deducted as per government rules. Eligibility criteria require a valid PEC license in C-06 & above category with relevant field specialization, NTN certificate, professional tax, SRB certificate, bank statement, relevant experience, and minimum three years turnover. Additionally, contractors must hold a valid Sindh Government Electrical Contractor License as per Electricity Rules 1937.
