Tender Description
Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) invites sealed bids for subscription and support services of Huawei virtualization hardware and software including Huawei S1700 series Ethernet Switches, OceanStor 5300 V3 Controller, and Fusion Sphere 6.x Software. The scope covers hardware support, software license renewal, deployment, upgrades, and related maintenance for a one-year period.
Bids must be submitted on E-PADS and hard copy to PIPS Islamabad by 5 January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The tender follows a single stage-two envelope procedure. The contract includes service level agreement renewal and requires bidders to be registered with tax authorities and provide a refundable bid security of Rs. 30,000. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m.
