Supply of 11kV CTs and Station Batteries for GEPCO

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOs, or PPMC for the supply of electrical equipment at GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and includes two main lots: Lot 1 (Tender No. NCB-STG-6) for 11kV Current Transformers (CTs) with specifications 1200-2400/5A (28 units), 200-400/5/5A (6 units), 300-600/5A (2 units), and Potential Transformers (PTs) 1000/100 (9 units). Lot 2 (Tender No. NCB-STG-7) is for Station Batteries 110 V 150 AH 55 Cells (52 units). Bidders must submit bids by 21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:05 AM respectively. Bid guarantees of PKR 0.175 million for Lot 1 and PKR 2.560 million for Lot 2 are required. The average annual turnover required for the last 3 years is PKR 7.0 million for Lot 1 and PKR 102.245 million for Lot 2. The delivery period is 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0, following the Single Stage-Two Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
