Package 1 Madrasa Sair Ghaziabad and Package 2 Differently-abled Hospital (TBC) Upgrade Works

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system from eligible firms and contractors for two important works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative ADP No. 251282. The procurement is for Package 1: Madrasa Sair Ghaziabad with an estimated cost of Rs. 11.00 Million and Package 2: Differently-abled hospital (TBC) upgrade with an estimated cost of Rs. 9.83 Million. Both packages are to be executed as per work order. Items being procured: - Package 1: Madrasa Sair Ghaziabad (C6 category, Rs. 11.00 Million) - Package 2: Differently-abled hospital (TBC) upgrade (C6 category, Rs. 9.83 Million) The bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PAD system and KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PRA) website. Clarifications can be obtained from the Procuring Entity's office upon submission of a formal application, valid PEC registration, and payment of a non-refundable printing fee of Rs. 3,000. Bidders must submit bids through the E-PAD system strictly following the instructions in the bidding documents. Bids up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate require 2% bid security; bids between 10% and 20% below require an additional 6% security; bids more than 20% below require 2% bid security plus additional security equal to the difference. Bank guarantees may replace additional security after work commencement. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, NTN/Income Tax certificates, and other supporting documents. Tender form fee of 0.03% of the Engineer's Cost is required as a separate call deposit along with earnest money. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Failure to submit original bid security and additional security before the deadline will result in disqualification and possible blacklisting. The last date for submission of bids is 08-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening on the same day at 01:00 PM for Package 1 and 01:30 PM for Package 2 at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Kohistan Lower.
