Supply of 145KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breakers, 132KV Circuit Breakers, Capacitor Banks and Panels

Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) Multan invites bids for the supply of high voltage electrical equipment as part of its Annual Procurement Plan for Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Multan region and aims to enhance the power infrastructure with quality circuit breakers and capacitor banks. Items being procured: - 145KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breakers (48 sets) - 132KV Circuit Breaker for 132KV Capacitor Banks (3 sets) - 132KV, 360VAR Capacitor Banks (20x180VAR) with Capacitor Racks, Foundation Bolts for Capacitor Racks with all allied accessories (2 units) - 132KV Capacitor 400KVAR (100 units) - Control Panel for 132KV Capacitor Banks (1 unit) - Relay Panel for 132KV Capacitor Banks (3 units) The technical scope includes supply of SF-6 gas insulated circuit breakers, capacitor banks with racks and foundation bolts, and control and relay panels suitable for 132KV and 145KV systems. All equipment must meet MEPCO’s technical specifications and standards for high voltage electrical installations. The site for delivery and installation is Multan, and bidders must ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Eligible bidders should be registered with EPADS 2.0 and comply with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended). They must provide bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan valid for 150 days after bid opening. The tender remains valid for 120 days after opening. Bidders should have relevant PEC categories and FBR/ATL registration as per MEPCO requirements.
