Supply of 2 Spares Thermal Imager Sight for Directorate General Procurement (Army)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of the following item by the Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - 2 x Spares Thermal Imager Sight (Quantity: 486 Nos) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including photocopy of Registration Certificate issued by Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), attested copies of Sales Tax Registration and NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, attested bank statement for the last year, attested CNIC of MD, trade link certificate between firm and OEM, and certificates confirming the firm is not blacklisted or defaulter. Firms must also provide details of work experience with government or semi-government organizations and details of property/assets. Non-manufacturing firms must provide manufacturing or agency agreements. Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs. 2,000/- must be deposited in Government Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. All firms, whether registered or unregistered, must provide a Bid Security of 5% with an upper limit of Rs. 1.00 Million along with their offer. The offer validity is 120 days from the date of opening the commercial offer. A Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
