Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites registered and prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOs/PRMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers to submit electronic bids for the supply of 220kV towers and related extensions. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be delivered at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad.

- 220kV EA+0 Tower (Complete) 5 Nos.
- Stubs for 220kV EA+0 Tower 1 Set
- 4-Meter Leg Extension EA+0 Tower 8 Nos.
- 8-Meter Leg Extension EA+0 Tower 4 Nos.
- Landatative Tower L-60 7 Nos.
- 220kV EG+0 Tower (Complete) 12 Nos.
- Stubs for 220kV EG+0 Tower 2 Sets
- 2-Meter Leg Extension EG+0 Tower 4 Nos.
- 6-Meter Leg Extension EG+0 Tower 12 Nos.
- 8-Meter Leg Extension EG+0 Tower 8 Nos.
The technical scope includes the supply of complete 220kV towers and their leg extensions of various lengths, along with stubs and landatative towers. The delivery period is 120 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must provide bid security as per the bid security section in the bidding document, and bids will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligibility requires firms to be registered or prequalified with relevant authorities such as DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOs, or PRMC. Bidders must have valid FBR registration and comply with all bidding document requirements. Type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 is mandatory.
The bid opening date and time are 03-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM for NCB-STG-4 items and 11:05 AM for NCB-STG-5 items. The submission deadline is the same day by 23:59:59.
