The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, through its Chairman Transport Committee Office, invites manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, and sole agents of foreign principals to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, and after-sales support of Hino Bus interior and exterior body parts. This procurement is specifically for the UET Lahore Transport Fleet and includes denting and painting works as well as electronic parts and related works. Items being procured: - Hino Bus interior body parts - Hino Bus exterior body parts - Denting works - Painting works - Electronic parts and works The scope covers comprehensive supply and maintenance services ensuring the operational readiness and aesthetic upkeep of the university's transport buses. The materials and services must meet the technical standards required for Hino buses, including quality body parts and professional denting and painting. The electronic parts must be compatible and reliable for the fleet's needs. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms or companies with sufficient managerial, technical, and financial capabilities. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Experience in similar supply and maintenance contracts will be advantageous. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals.
