The Indigenous Research & Development Agency (IRADA) invites qualified Manufacturers, Dealers, Authorized Distributors, Suppliers, and Export Agents to participate in an international tender for the supply of miscellaneous agro chemical pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, weedicides, herbicides, and pheromones. This procurement is specifically for the Department of Plant Protection based in Karachi, Sindh. The items being procured include: - Aluminum Phosphide Tablet 56% in 1.5 kg (160 Tons), 1.0 kg (20 Tons), 90 gm (20 Tons), and 30 gm (2 Tons) packs - Dichlorvos 95% TC (20 Tons) - Chlorpyrifos 94% TC (10,000 Kg) - Cypermethrin 92% TC (2,000 Kg) - Deltamethrin 98% TC (200 Kg) - Fipronil 96% TC (200 Kg) - Lambda 95% TC (200 Kg) - Dimethoate 98% TC (1,000 Kg) - Miscellaneous Emulsifiers for all formulations (6,000 Kg) - Methyl Eugenol TC (500 Kg) - Alpha Cypermethrin 10 S (1,000 Liters) - Malathion 94% TC (2,000 Kg) - Fenthion 95% TC (1,000 Kg) - Permethrin 94% TC (500 Kg) - Lambda 15% WP & 25% WP 62.5 g/sachet (10,000 Sachets, aluminum bag with inner water soluble bag) The technical scope covers the supply of these agro chemicals conforming to the specified quality standards and accompanied by required certificates such as Certificate of Analysis (COA). The tender follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 under a Single-Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, requiring separate sealed Technical and Financial Bids. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of five years manufacturing/supply experience, supply to at least three countries including Pakistan, minimum annual turnover of USD 5 million, registration with the Department of Plant Protection or undertaking to obtain it within 45 days, sound financial position, established organizational structure, and minimum production capacity of 150 tons per annum.
