Supply of Services of Air Ticketing, Travel Management and Transportation in Sports Board Punjab

Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors to pre-qualify for the supply of services of air ticketing, travel management, and transportation for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Supply of Services of Air Ticketing, Travel Management & Transportation The scope includes comprehensive travel management services including air ticketing and transportation arrangements for Sports Board Punjab. Interested firms must submit applications on the prescribed format along with all relevant information and requisite documents for pre-qualification. Complete PQD in English can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, PPRA Punjab website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The EOI application must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened the same day at 12:15 PM. Applicants must sign and stamp all pages. Incomplete or vague E-Prequalification documents will not be entertained. This tender requires firms to be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are as per tender documents.
