Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, is inviting qualified suppliers to provide aluminium alloy sheets specifically for the Naval Residential Complex located in Islamabad. This procurement is focused on supplying 30 units of aluminium alloy sheets with precise dimensions of 2500 mm length, 1200 mm breadth, and 6 mm thickness, conforming to BS EN 573-3 and BS EN 485-2 standards. The material designation is EN AW 5086 with temper condition H34, ensuring high quality and durability suitable for naval infrastructure projects.
Suppliers must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and provide valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates with their bids. Firms not registered with DGDP must submit documentary evidence of financial capability and a certificate confirming they are not blacklisted or under disciplinary trial. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be attached with the technical offer. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36 (b).
The tender closing date is set for 12th May 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Commercial proposals, addressed to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad. Late submissions will not be entertained.
