Supply of APMS (Asset Performance Management System) and allied material

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for the supply of APMS (Asset Performance Management System) along with allied material under local funds. The procurement is intended for delivery at consignee’s stores in regional stores of FESCO including Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali. The bidding procedure is Single Stage-One Envelope and is open to WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers who are duly prequalified and registered in the required category. Items being procured: - APMS for 25 KVA (200 units) - APMS for 50 KVA (215 units) - APMS for 100 KVA (192 units) - APMS for 200 KVA (207 units) The technical scope includes supply as per WAPDA/PEPCO/PPMC drawings and specifications amended to date. Delivery is on free delivery basis to FESCO regional stores. Prototype approval for APMS is not required at tender opening except for LT/HT TOU Meter and allied material where prototype approval must be valid at tender opening. The tender excludes foreign exchange elements and includes all taxes and duties except General Sales Tax. Eligibility requires manufacturers to be approved by WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs and registered in the relevant category. Bidders must submit original bid security instruments before the online submission deadline. Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms are available on EPADS V2.0 portal. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 23rd July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur Faisalabad.
