Tender Description
The Emergency Services Department Government of the Punjab invites E-Bids from manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan for the procurement of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) in a quantity of 15,000 Liters.
Items being procured:
- Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) 15,000 Liters
The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must be registered with the e-Procurement System and submit their bids using the PDF upload method electronically. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) without any payment of tender fee.
Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 30-09-2026 up to 10:00 am. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 am. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value (Rs. 750,000) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee will be accepted.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities.
