Eligibility criteria require firms to provide photocopies of registration certificates from Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP), sales tax certificates, NTN certificates, proof of financial capability, CNIC of Managing Director, bank statements, and certificates confirming the firm is not blacklisted. Firms must also provide details of experience with government or semi-government organizations and submit a bid security of 5% of the offer value (upper limit Rs. 1.0 Million).
