Supply of Aviation Hoses at PSO Sihala Installation

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of aviation hoses at its Sihala Installation located in Punjab. This procurement is aimed at sourcing high-quality aviation hoses that meet stringent industry standards to ensure safety and operational efficiency at the facility. Items being procured: - HOSE 2 1/2" X 15' (Quantity: 5 units) located at Sihala Installation The aviation hoses must comply with the latest editions of standards EI 1522, EI 1529, EN ISO 1825 (EN 1361), and NFPA 407. Each hose shall be a single piece, equipped with spiral guard hose protection or hose bead depending on size, and bear durable identification labels every 2 meters. Test certificates confirming proper fitting of end couplings must accompany each hose. The hoses will be flushed with potable water, dried, and sealed with corrosion-resistant dust caps before shipment to prevent ozone damage to the inner lining. Bidders must provide OEM-issued test certificates, technical literature, and documentary evidence verifying the originality of the hoses. The manufacturing date of the hoses at delivery must not exceed one year. Delivery is required within 120 days of purchase order issuance. A penalty of 0.1% per day of undelivered quantity value will be imposed for delays, capped at 10% of the order value. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Vendors should ensure quoted prices include all applicable taxes and transportation charges. Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the relevant Location Engineer at PSO Sihala.
