Supply of Aviation Spare Parts for Central Aviation Spares Depot, Qasim Army Aviation Base Rawalpindi

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of aviation spare parts to the Central Aviation Spares Depot at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules. Only bids from firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or those having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army will be accepted. Bidders must submit separate envelopes clearly marked as Technical Offer and Commercial Offer according to the annexure categories. The IT number must be mentioned on both envelopes. Tender fees of Rs 3,000 (non-refundable) and bid security/earnest money amounting to 5% of the total bid value must accompany the technical offer.
