Supply of Miscellaneous Aviation Spare Parts and Consumables for Central Aviation Spares Depot Rawalpindi

The Central Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Qasim Army Aviation Base, Dhamial Camp Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of miscellaneous aviation spare parts and consumables. This procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and covers approximate quantities for the complete financial year 2026-27, with purchase orders placed in batches as per immediate requirements. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates and ensure quoted rates remain valid until 30 June 2027. Items being procured include a wide range of aviation spares and consumables such as Anti-Seize Food Grade Loctite, Soft Nylon Brushes, Double Side Filter Masks, Masking Tape, Cotton Rag, Paint Remover Ardrox 2320A, Copper Wire Brushes, Silica Gel Bags, Liquid Detergent, Lab Masks, Polythene Sheets, Scotch Brite, Rubber Gloves, Leather Gloves, Emery Paper, Safety Goggles, Surgical Gloves, Lubricants including Loctite and Aeroshell brands, Preservation Oils, Sealing Compounds, Various Oils and Greases, Cleaning Solvents, Locking Wires, Ultrasonic Cleaners, PVC Tape, Respirators, Carbon Discs and Electrodes, Glass Cleaners, Sample Holders, X-Ray Films and Chemicals, among many others detailed in the tender annexures. The technical scope requires compliance with specifications, brand names, country of origin, and shelf life requirements. Only firms registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or having valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for interaction with the Army are eligible to participate. Tender fees of Rs 3,000 per tender and a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Commandant CASD are mandatory. Partial delivery or payment is not accepted. Delivery periods are 30 days for local items and 90 days for imported items, starting from the date of purchase order issuance. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with the tender number clearly mentioned. The technical offer must include all required documents such as tender fees, bid security, brand authorization, manufacturer certificates, and compliance with warranty and maintenance obligations.
