Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27. The procurement is under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis using a single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Transportation, Shifting, Erection & Stringing of 132KV D/C T/Line F/F 132KV G/S Silanwali (Section-II) - Survey of 132KV T/Line Jaouharabad – Quaidabad in & out at 132KV G/S Nowshera The first tender has an estimated cost of Rs. 2.394 Million with a PEC category C6 with specialization code EE-05 and requires an annual turnover of 1.197 Million PKR for the last three years. The completion period is 30 days. The second tender is item rate with PEC category C6 with specialization code CE-10 and requires an average annual turnover of half of the BOQ. The completion period is 15 days. Both tenders have the receiving/opening date on 6th November 2026 at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM respectively. Eligibility criteria include a valid PEC certificate renewed for 2026-27 with the specified specialization codes, identity card of contractor or managing partner/director, completion of at least two contracts of similar nature with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs with at least 40% of estimated BOQ cost, active tax payer list (ATL) registration with income tax returns for last three years, registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority, average annual turnover as specified, and cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value. Bid security of 5% on BOQ amount is required in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Bids must be submitted online on E-PADS with original bid security submitted in an envelope to the Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad one day before opening. Bids will be opened at the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. In case of government holidays, the tender will be opened next working day at the same time and venue. Tender documents must be signed and stamped with a certificate mentioning the number of pages. FESCO reserves the right to reject tenders without justification as per Clause-33(1) of PPRA Rules-2004 amendment up to 2022.
