Supply of Billing Stationery for Water & Power Department Gilgit

The Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced, and financially sound firms or suppliers for the supply of Billing Stationery under the Regular Budget 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the applicable GBPPRA Rules of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Billing Stationery This supply contract involves providing quality billing stationery materials suitable for the Water & Power Department's operational needs in Gilgit. The scope includes timely delivery and compliance with the department's specifications as detailed in the tender documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Water & Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan and renewed for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or autonomous organization. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer, Billing Division, Gilgit. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract value within 14 days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Billing Division during office hours from the date of publication. The tender fee is Rs. 8,000/- (Non-Refundable). The last date and time for submission of bids is 02/09/2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional, incomplete, or late bids will not be entertained. Procurement will strictly follow GBPPRA rules. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
